“The work was composed during the first lockdown (April 2020) and the title “frame” refers to the condition of experiencing the world through another medium such as screens or sound. The music was inspired by sounds of activities that suddenly disappeared, such as traffic, street parties, choirs and others, causing a conflict with the images of a still Lisbon metropolitan area during the same period.”
